Business in Paris
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Expand your business sense with major and minor courses in a European capital city! Clemson students have the opportunity to study at IESEG School of Management in Paris, France. IESEG was recently ranked 24 in the world in the Financial Times (U.K.) Global Masters in Management. Course enrollment is dependent on the completion of required pre-requisites. All students enroll in a French language (all levels) and European Business Culture course (IS 2100).
ELIGIBILITY
This program is open to all business minors and business majors who maintain a 2.8 GPA.
COURSEWORK
All students will be enrolled in IS 2100, which combines French Language and European Business Culture. French language is available at all levels from beginner to advanced. Additionally the following business courses will be offered as part of the program:
MGT 2010 Principles of Management, MKT 3010 Principles of Marketing, FIN 3060 Corporate Finance*, FIN 3110 Financial Management I*, LAW 3220 Business Law, ECON 4980 Special Topics in Economics, MGT 4230 International Management, MGT 4030 Special Topics in Management, MKT 4270 International Marketing and MKT 4950 Special Topics in Marketing.
*Students must have taken required prerequisite courses in order to enroll
Courses will be taught by professors from IESEG with oversight and support from Clemson University professors.
ACCOMMODATION
Students study within the historical building the Grande Arche on La Defense in Paris, France. A metro stop located directly outside of the campus can easily transport students to the center of Paris at any time day or night. Student apartments are located within a 5-10 minute walk to campus at a local suburb called Courbevoie. All student apartments are single and include internet access, private bath, desk, closet, wardrobe, bed and bedding materials.
PROGRAM COSTS
For more information on program costs, please review the Budget Sheet listed above. The budget sheet includes information on costs that are billable to Clemson University. Additional expenses outside of tuition and the program fee are not listed on the budget sheet.
Payment for Clemson in-state tuition and fees, the study abroad fee, and the program fee will be billed through Student Financial Services and will appear on student's iROAR bill. For more information about payment costs and the refund policy, please visit the Clemson Abroad

FINANCIAL AID AND SCHOLARSHIPS
Students who will be receiving financial aid during their program abroad must meet with the Financial Aid Office prior to departure. Appointments can be made
online with the Financial Aid Office.
